Education is a pillar of every country. India is one country still struggling with the problems of illiteracy in India. When it comes to children, the effects of illiteracy are manifold. Illiterate adults are also less likely to understand the importance of education for their children, so they do not send their children to schools. A good education is very necessary for every child growth in life and to get successful.
Nature has given us abundance, but we never express our gratitude for its return. We are always complaining that in today’s modern world. We are running after material happiness and looking for our happiness in it. To get these material pleasures, we work, we earn money, but we don’t get any satisfaction. So we all in our life are only involved with this thought of me and mine. And going beyond that, we don’t seem to be doing anything for the society.
Even today we spend thousand and lakhs of rupees for our own material comforts, on one hand we are spending thousand and lakhs of rupees every year for education of our children, while on other hand there are children deprived of basic education due to financial constraint.
Facelift Foundation started with a mission of spreading the light of education to each and every under-privilege child in rural and urban areas who are deprived of basic education to build a smarter generation. Our focus is to create awareness, sensitize every parent about importance of education, and support them to educate their children.
